Low Carb Blueberry Donut

Ingredients -

Low carb tortilla

Blueberries

Monk fruit sweetener

Butter

Sugar free whipped cream

Whipped cream cheese.


Instructions -

Take your blueberries, I used about a half of a cup. Smash them with a fork.

Sprinkle on about 1/2 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener.

Then heat us your pan with butter on it.

Take about a tbsp of whipped cream cheese and spread it out on your low carb tortilla.

Top the tortilla with blueberries.

Roll up like a burrito.

Sear both sides until golden in pan.

Top with sugar free whipped topping.
