Crockpot Keto White Chicken Chili

Ingredients -

3 chicken breast

2 cups chicken broth 1/2 onion diced I diced jalapeño (optional) 1 can green chilies 1 can diced tomatoes or rotel 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 to 1 cup heaving whipping cream 2 cups Monterrey jack or cheddar cheese 1 avocado diced Green onion for garnish


Instructions -

  1. Add all ingredients except cream cheese, heavy cream, cheese and avocado to crockpot! Set on high and cook 6 hours.

  2. Shred chicken.

  3. Last 30 minutes add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir well! And recover until melted and thickened!

  4. Serve in a bowl and top with cheese, sliced avocado and green onions. Enjoy!!
