Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats rolled or quick is fine
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoons sugar free jello cheesecake mix
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients into a large mason jar. Stir together.
Put on a lid and refrigerate over night.
