Smoked Queso Dip


* 1 pound hamburger meat cooked

* 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz - any flavor, but the ones with spices work great for this dip

* 7 oz. Sliced Jalapenos

* 1 block of Cream Cheese

* 2 cups of shredded Cheese taco flavored

* 1 pack Taco Seasoning

* 1/2 block Velveeta Cheese cubed

* 2 tablespoons whole whipping cream

* diced onions optional topping

*La Madre tortilla fried into chips


* Preheat Oven to 375 (or warm up grill, smoker)

* Cook hamburger beef, drain any excess oil if necessary.

* Combine cooked beef and all other prepped ingredients together in tin foil disposable dish. Mix ingredients up (this helps the meat not dry out).

* Place in oven for 15 minutes or until melted, stirring at the halfway point.

* Pull out of oven and add 2 tablespoons whole whipping cream and mix (optional but makes a little smoother if too thick).

* Serve Queso Dip immediately
