Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/3 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk or plant based milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup pumpkin purée

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. It’s easiest to start with oatmeal, yogurt and pumpkin pureee and mix and then add the rest and mix more.

Let sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning!
