Ingredients -
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup oat milk or unsweet almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
4 tbsp sugar free syrup
Pecans
Instructions -
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to bowl and mix together.
Next add rolled oats, chia seed and syrup and mix.
Lastly add in milk substitute of choice and mix very good. Might require putting lid on dish and shaking up. I like to make in clear bowl or mason jar to assure everything is mixed well.
Top with pecans and place in fridge to set overnight.
Notes - If you want to consume less carbs, cut the oatmeal out and use 3 tbsp of chia seeds.
