Ingredients:
1 low carb tortilla
2 tbsp pure pumpkin
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sweetener (I used monk fruit)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions:
Spread cream cheese on tortilla
Next layer on pumpkin purée
Sprinkle on seasoning and pumpkin pie spice
Roll up and layer on melted butter
Slice into pieces about 1 inch thick and then pop in the air fryer on 400 for 6 minutes
