Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups kodiak cakes mix

  • 1 cup whole oats

  • 3/4 cup lily chocolate chips



Instructions -

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet(s) with a silicone baking mat(s) or parchment paper, set aside. In a large mixing bowl add unsalted butter and dark brown sugar, cream together. Add the large egg and pure vanilla extract and combine. Add the Kodiak Cakes mix and oatmeal. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mix evenly.

  2. Scoop into balls and line them on baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper

  3. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
