Ingredients:
1-2 cups of your favorite protein yogurt
Fresh or frozen Blueberries (unsweetened)
1-2 Tbs (depending on your level of sweetness) of Lakanto powdered or granular, optional
Instructions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper
2. Add all ingredients together. (Slice blueberries if they are too large.)
3. Spread yogurt mixture onto lined pan. Keep it in a good sized circle so your bark is somewhat thick.
4. Freeze for 4-5 hours (overnight is best).
5. Break apart and put into a sealed container back into the freezer.
Take out and eat when you need a healthier, higher protein snack.
