Peanut Butter Mousse


1/2 cup Heavy Whipping cream

4 oz softened cream cheese

1/4 cup organic peanut butter

1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla


1. Using a hand mixer whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and set aside.

2. In separate bowl hand mix other ingredients until smooth

3. Fold in heavy cream.

4. Divide into 3 or 4 servings.
