Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake


Ingredients -

Sugar free cool whip

Oikos protein yogurt

Peanut butter powder

Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

Lily's chocolate chips


Instructions -

  1. Place the whole container of sugar free cool whip in a bowl.

  2. Mix in 1 cup Oikos protein yogurt. You can use greek yogurt if you cannot find this.

  3. Mix in 1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake jello pudding mix and 1 tbsp peanut butter powder.

  4. Place in individual bowls in portions (makes about 4 servings).

  5. Melt lily's chocolate chips and layer on top of each portion creating a hard shell.

  6. Place in fridge to set for at least an hour and enjoy!
