Peach Jalapeño Pepper Jelly(Sugar Free)


3 jalapeños, top removed and seeds intact(unless you don’t like the spice) 3 mini sweet red peppers, top removed 1/4 cup cold water 1 sachet simplydelishnatural peach jel-dessert 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 cup monkfruit sweetener


1. Place peppers in a food processor and chop, pulsing about 5-6 times. 2. Add 2 tbsp Sweetner and pulse 5-6 more times until the peppers are diced small. 3. Place cold water in a pot and sprinkle jel-dessert powder over. Let sit 1 minute. 4. Turn heat to low and begin whisking the powder into to water until fully combined. Cook 2 minutes. 5. Add 1/3 cup vinegar, peppers and sweetener. Mix well and bring to boil. 6. Reduce to simmer and cook 3 minutes. Pour jelly into jars of choice. Store in fridge.

Enjoy over cream cheese with crackers or however you would like! This makes a great sandwich spread for a sweet and spicy combo
