I have died and gone to heaven!
You need:
8 ounce block of cream cheese softened 2 cups of almond flour 4 tbsp monk fruit sweetener 1 cup of blueberries Powdered sweetener (I used swerve)
Instructions:
Mix the cream cheese, almond flour and monk fruit together. Add blueberries and mix more. I used a hand mixer and made sure to mash the blueberries but not over do it.
I used a cookie scoops and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Take out of freezer and roll in powdered sweetener.
Enjoy! I’m sure you could do this with strawberries as well that are diced up!
