ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup cream of coconut (start small and keep adding; you want it lightly coated)
Instructions:
Add coconut and nuts and chocolate chips then mix in cream of coconut or coconut condensed milk. Start small and add in more as needed. You want the mixture lightly coated and to be crumbly. Not one big boob. Scoop on to baking sheet lined with parchment paper (I use my 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop on to sheet). Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
