Low Carb Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients:

Mini Mission Tortillas - Zero Carb

Rao's Marinara Sauce

Pepperoni (prefer turkey)

String cheese


Instructions:

  1. Cut up your string cheese into 3 equal sections

  2. Lay down a mini tortilla and spread marinara sauce on it. Use about 1 tbsp.

  3. Lay down 3 pepperoni slices and then place your cheese piece.

  4. Roll up the tortilla and place on air fryer sheet.

  5. Spray with avocado oil and sprinkle on Italian seasoning.

  6. Cook in air fryer on 400 for 5-7 minutes.

  7. Serve with marinara dipping sauce. Blend marinara sauce with cottage cheese and warm up for a high protein dipping sauce.
