Low Carb Nacho Bites

Ingredients -

2 cups shredded cheddar

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 small onion chopped

3 cloves of garlic minced

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Kosher salt

Black pepper

Sour cream

Tomatoes diced

Avacados diced

Directions -

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Spoon 2 tbsp cheddar a few inches apart

  3. Bake until bubbly and edges are golden

  4. Place melted cheese on bottom of muffin tin

  5. Fit with another muffin tin

  6. Let cool for 10 min

  7. Cook onion, garlic, and ground beef together

  8. Season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper

  9. Full cheese cups with ground beef and top with items of your choice
