Low Carb Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups


1 rotisserie chicken

2 cups of broccoli (I used frozen warmed up)

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup low carb Alfredo sauce

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Salt and Pepper

1 tbsp butter

Italian seasoning

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup bacon bits

Joseph low carb lavash bread/wrap


Filling mix :

Shred rotisserie chicken after taking it off bone.

Place in bowl with cooked broccoli, ricotta cheese, Alfredo sauce, shredded parm, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Take lavash bread and lay it down. Take 1 tbsp of butter melt in microwave and add a little Italian seasoning after melted. Brush that on lavash bread. Next put half your mixture on wrap evenly. Roll long ways to make long burrito. Cut into 4 pieces and place in casserole dish.

Repeat for second wrap to use rest of filling mix.

Cook in oven on 350 for about 20 minutes until wraps start to brown.

Take out of oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and bacon bits on top. Sprinkle a little more Italian seasoning and place back in oven for about 10 minutes to melt cheese.
