Low Carb Blueberry Waffles

Ingredients -

1- egg

1/4 Cup heavy cream

3/8 Cup water

1 1/4 Cup carbquick

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 Cup vegetable oil

Fresh blueberries


Instruction -


Heat waffle iron; grease with cooking spray of choice

Beat egg in small bowl on high speed until thick. Stir in heavy cream and water

Beat in carbquick on low speed until smooth, stir in vanilla. Fold in oil.

Pour about a cup full onto center of waffle iron. Close lid! Cook about 5 minutes!

Top with truvia confectioners Sweetener!
