Lasagna Protein Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  •   1 pound protein pasta

  •   8 ounces cream cheese

  •   2 tablespoons milk

  •  1/2 pound ground beef

  •   24 ounces pasta sauce

  •   1C shredded mozzarella cheese


Directions:

  1.   preheat the oven at 350 degrees

  2.   cook pasta, drain, and place back into pot

  3.   cook the ground beef & drain the grease In a large bowl add the cooked ground beef.

  4.   dice cream cheese into chunks and add it into the bowl.

  5.   next add in the milk, sauce and mix well until the cream cheese and ground beef are mixed well.

  6.   add the pasta into the ground beef mixture.

  7.   spray a baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour pasta in to the baking dish.

  8.   sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  9.   bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted
