Keto Snickers Clusters


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs. sugar free all natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup sugar free white chocolate baking chips (I used Lily’s)

  • 1/2 cup peanuts

  • Lily’s sugar free chocolate for the drizzle on top


Instructions:

  1. Add the peanut butter and sugar free white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 40 seconds until smooth.

  2. Once melted add the peanuts and mix until all the peanuts are coated.

  3. Spoon small amounts of the clusters onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl melt about a handful of the Lily’s dark chocolate for 15 seconds and drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters.

  5. Freeze for 45 minutes

  6. Store in a ziplock bag or airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.

* this recipe makes a small batch, if you need more, just double or triple the recipe.*
