Ingredients:
2 Tbs. sugar free all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar free white chocolate baking chips (I used Lily’s)
1/2 cup peanuts
Lily’s sugar free chocolate for the drizzle on top
Instructions:
Add the peanut butter and sugar free white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 40 seconds until smooth.
Once melted add the peanuts and mix until all the peanuts are coated.
Spoon small amounts of the clusters onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
In a small microwave-safe bowl melt about a handful of the Lily’s dark chocolate for 15 seconds and drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters.
Freeze for 45 minutes
Store in a ziplock bag or airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
