Keto Coconut Cups


  • ½ cup coconut butter

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder


1. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the coconut oil and coconut butter. Remove from the heat.

2. Add in the coconut, vanilla and cacao powder, stirring until well-combined.

3. Freeze until Solid Store in Refrigerator in an air tight container
