Cake layer: Duncan Hines brownie mix
Cheesecake layer: 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1/2 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cookie layer: 1/4 cup coconut flour 3 tbsp sugar-free sweetener 1/4 cup salted butter, melted 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Prepare brownies batter according to package instructions. 2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and yogurt until combined. Add remaining cheesecake ingredients and beat until smooth. 3. In another small bowl, combine all cookie ingredients and stir until dough forms. Add chocolate chips. Form cookie dough into about 8-9 flattened disc shapes. 4. Spread chocolate cake batter into a parchment lined 8x8-inch pan. Distribute cream cheese mixture on top and swirl back and forth with a knife or toothpick. Top with cookie dough circles. 5. Bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Allow to cool completely. Enjoy at room temperature, or chill before serving. Store in the fridge!
