Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat

  • 1/4 cup bacon crumbles

  • 1 TBSP dry ranch powder

  • 4 cups cooked cauliflower rice (I used 2 bags)

  • 1/3 Cup G Hughes Sugar Free Famous Cluckin Sauce

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Cheese of choice (I used a little more than half a bag of shredded cheddar and 2 pieces of sliced American)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Brown hamburger meat.

  3. Add dry ranch and bacon crumbles, mix well

  4. Cook cauliflower rice and put in a bowl. Mix in salt and pepper and the Cluckin Sauce! Stir well!

  5. In an 8x8 baking dish add rice mixture and spread evenly. Top the rice with the meat mixture and spread evenly. Top the mixture with cheese of choice.

  6. Bake in oven for 20 min.
