Guilt Free White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients -

Lily's white chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter or almond butter

1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions -

Take half bag of lily's and put in bowl with a little coconut oil and place in microwave.

Melt the white chocolate. I did this in 10 second intervals. 10 seconds and then take out and stir and then do it again.

Take cupcake liners and put in cupcake tin.

Pour melted white chocolate in those liners.

Place in fridge to set for 20 minutes.

Next melt peanut butter (you can use almond butter if you want).

Take the cupcake pan out of the fridge and pour peanut butter in. Put back in fridge to set.

Melt the rest of the lily's white chocolate and melt and pour over the top to make 3rd layer.

Let set in the fridge for an hour or so.

Store in fridge.
