Fathead pizza dough

You need:

* 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded) * 2 tbsp Cream cheese (cut into cubes) * 1 large Egg (beaten) * 3/4 cup of almond flour


Place the cheese in a bowl along with the cream cheese. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Pull it out and mix it. Put back in for another 30 second.

Next add in almond flour and egg that has already been beaten.

Mix together and then here is the fun part, knead together with your hands and make sure it’s all mixed together well.

Should be a dough ball.

Place on baking sheet or pizza pan that is lined with parchment paper.

Spread the dough onto the lined baking pan to 1/4" or 1/3" thickness, using your hands or a rolling pin over a piece of parchment (the rolling pin works better if you have one). Use a toothpick or fork to poke lots of holes throughout the crust to prevent bubbling

Bake for 6 minutes. Poke more holes in any places where you see bubbles forming.

Bake for 3-7 more minutes, until golden brown.

Use Rao’s pizza sauce for a low carb option.

Toppings I used were pepperoni, black olives, artichokes, mushrooms.
