Ingredients -
2 oz cream cheese
2 cups Mozz Cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
Instructions -
Put cream cheese, mozz cheese and almond flour in microwave for 1 minute
Remove, mix, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds
Remove and mix again and then add egg, cumin, and salt.
Mix until well combined
Using parchment paper flatten dough into desired crust
Preheat over to 425
(((If you want to do stuffed crust take cheese sticks and place around perimeter of crust. Fold over ends to cover cheese and use fork to “seal”)))
Poke holes in dough
Bake for 4 min and remove.
Pop any bubbles that have appeared.
Put back in oven for 4 min.
Remove and
Top with sauce, cheese, toppings of choice, and more cheese and back for an additional 4-8 min (just until cheese melts)
