Ingredients -
1 lb. ground pork
I bag Coleslaw Mix
2 scrambled eggs - chopped
1/4 cup G Hughes sstiry fry sauce (or you can use liquid aminos)
2 cloves garlic/or 1 tsp powder
Salt/pepper to taste
Green onion chopped for garnish.
Instructions -
Add garlic to pan with a little avocado oil
Brown ground meat, drain.
Next use pan to scramble eggs.
Next add in bag cole slaw mix and sauce and seasonings.
Mix and Stirfry until slaw is cooked to your liking.
I top mine with almonds for extra crunch
