Ingredients
For chaffle: 1 egg 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp almond flour Pinch of garlic powder
Toppings: 1/2 tbsp Rao’s marina sauce Mozzarella shredded cheese Pepperoni
Directions: Crack egg in small bowl and whip to break yolk Add rest of chaffle ingredients and mix This makes two chaffles in mini dash Put a little oil on mini dash and a pinch of mozzarella cheese (this helps it come out easy and makes is crispy) Cook for about 3-5 minutes Remove and make second chaffle
Once both are done, add sauce then cheese and pepperoni I put them in toaster over for about 5 minutes to melt cheese
They are delish and a great substitute for bagel bites which I used to eat all the time!
