CRUNCHY CINNAMON STICKS & STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE DIP!
Crunchy and creamy, a perfect combo!
Ingredients:
Crunchy Cinnamon Sticks:
2 low carb flat breads
Melted better
Cinnamon/Stevia mix
Avocado Oil
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip:
16 oz softened cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup diced strawberries
1 tsp of berry flavored stevia
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Crunchy Cinnamon Sticks:
Start by cutting the two flatbreads in equal pieces. Then brush each piece with the melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/stevia mix. Then roll each piece as tightly as possible. Next fry in avocado oil for about a minute, rotating them to make sure they are equally cooking. Once removing from oil add cinnamon/stevia while they are still warm.
Strawberry Cheesecake Dip:
Place the cream cheese in a stand mixer and blend on high until smooth. Scrape down sides and pour in the heavy cream. Blend on high speed until incorporated well. Add in half the strawberries and blend on low speed just to mix the strawberries throughout. Add the stevia and salt, blend then taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Pour into a serving bowl. Top with remaining diced strawberries. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
