Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

Ingredients -

1 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions -

  1. In a blender or food processor blend together the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour, protein powder and peanut butter until well incorporated.

  3. Gently fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
