Ingredients -
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions -
In a blender or food processor blend together the cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and stir in the almond flour, protein powder and peanut butter until well incorporated.
Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.
