Copycat High Protein Hamburger Helper

Ingredients -

1 box high protein pasta (I used banza shells)

1 can rotel

1 lb ground beef

1 bag velveta shreds

1/2 cup milk of choice


Instructions -

  1. Brown your ground beef and crumble it.

  2. Boil water and cook pasta.

  3. Drain pasta and add to cooked ground beef.

  4. Add in can of rotel.

  5. On low heat and velveta shreds cheese and 1/2 cup milk of choice and stir.

  6. Enjoy.
