Ingredients:
For stuffing:
8oz softened cream cheese
3 tbsp Softened Butter
6 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Monkfruit
1/3 c. Lily's Chips of choice
For coating:
8 ounces of sugar free chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Stuffing:
Cream all but chips together.
Stir in chips.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and store in freezer to set for an hour.
Egg mold:
Melt half of chocolate in microwave and put thin layer in mold.
Set in freezer to set for an hour.
Take frozen cookie dough pieces and put in mold that has first layer of chocolate.
Cover with second half of melted chocolate.
If you don’t have mold, take frozen ovals and dip in chocolate.
Let sit and drizzle on chocolate to make fun design.
Stay 5-7 days in fridge to enjoy!
