Ingredients -
Low Carb brownie mix (I used keto Duncan Hines)
Protein yogurt (I use Oikos Pro vanilla)
Sugar free cool whip
Instructions -
Take equal parts cool whip and protein yogurt. I used a cup of each for abot 3-4 servings.
Mix together.
Add 1/2 cup of brownie mix and stir together.
You can add sugar free chocolate chips as well.
Use your favorite low carb cookies to dip or strawberries.
