Brown Sugar Cinnamon Over Night Oats

Ingredients -

2 cups rolled oats (gluten free for me) 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups almond milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar swerve pinch of salt 1/4 cup chopped pecans


Instructions -

  1. Add 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup almond milk to four individual 8oz. mason jars. Stir ingredients well to combine.

  2. In a small bowl add vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, and stir ingredients well. Pour 1/4 of the brown sugar mixture into each of the jars and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and place mason jars into the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Remove from the fridge and serve with chopped pecans, additional brown sugar and maple syrup if desired. Enjoy!
