Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tap vanilla
1 tap baking powder
Instructions:
Peel and pit avocado and mash in bowl.
Mix together with all other ingredients.
Pour into a greased pan, top with sugar free chocolate chips.
Bake @ 350F for 15 minutes
Take it out, let it cool & enjoy.
