INGREDIENTS
¼ cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-casein, 22g
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 10g
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 7g
¼ tsp Baking Powder
3 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 45ml
1½ Egg White, 45g
¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Chopped Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.
Add almond milk, egg white and vanilla, and mix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease a 1 cup ramekin with cooking spray, transfer batter in, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon and top with chocolate chips.
Cook at 325°F for 6 minutes (longer for less fudgy).
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
