Protein Air Fryer French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1 packet of vanilla protones

  • 1 egg

  • 2 large egg whites

  • 3 slices of bread


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together cinnamon, vanilla, milk, protones, egg and egg whites in dish.

  2. Slice bread into 3 sticks each totaling 9 sticks.

  3. Dip bread sticks into egg mixture until fully saturated.

  4. Arrange bread sticks onto the basket of an air fryer. (Spray air fryer basket to help with sticking. They will still stick but this helps.)

  5. Top with your choice of toppings. (Bananas, sugar free caramel, or whipped cream are good choices!)
